Comments Off on Intermountain’s Festival of Trees: Utick Law Firm Partners with Helena Industries
Helena Industries is proud to participate in the 2016 Intermountain Festival of Trees.
Andrea Fox, Helena Industries Board President and attorney at Utick Law Firm, was the mastermind behind the Law Firm’s tree. The 2016 tree is themed I’m a Lumberjack and I’m OK.
The theme received the festival’s most creative theme designation.
Fox reached out to Helena Industries, requesting help with decorating the tree. The tree will be included in the auction at Intermountain’s 29th annual fundraising event at the Helena Civic Center.
The tree description reads:
Welcome to our Lumberjack’s cabin! Individuals with disabilities employed at Helena Industries made decorations for this rugged lumberjack and his rustic home. Helena Industries is a local nonprofit providing employment and training to people with disabilities. Lumberjacks are strong, resilient, and resourceful, just like the people at Helena Industries! Bring a little Lumberjack to your life, and highlight the great work done by individuals with disabilities with this classic tree!
The Helena Industries woodshop team, which includes over 18 community members with disabilities, crafted Babe’s home, one of our customizable, wooden, and hand-made dog houses and constructed the pallet, the backdrop of the lumberjack’s home. Importantly, the mail center crew created decorations, and as always, the Thrift Store provided much of the lumberjack’s classic outfit.
Our entire team was proud to participate.
Thank you to Utick Law firm for providing us the opportunity to join you in supporting such a great cause and community event!
