This senior administrative position supports the CEO of Helena Industries. The position requires a person with integrity, competent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to plan and anticipate, attention to detail, and organization. The candidate must be comfortable with changes and challenges. Experience in the nonprofit sector is desired, and a college degree is required. The successful candidate will work well with others, have administrative or managerial experience, and be conscientious in completing tasks. The Executive Assistant will serve as administrative support to the Board of Directors, internal spokesperson for the CEO, and will manage the CEOs schedule including internal and external meetings and events. The Executive Assistant will also aid in updating website materials, social media, and email appeals.
Sewing Machine Operator
To perform high quality, efficient operation of sewing machines in an assembly line setting, using single needle, double needle, pattern machines, and other related equipment. Sewing machine operators generally manufacture heavy weight products producing the best quality products possible. This is a full-time position with salary DOE.
This position entails creatively working with adults with developmental disabilities assisting in the assessment of their vocational needs, and in the development and implementation of an individual program plan in order to improve vocational skills. Approximately 30-32 hours per week. Pay DOE
