Job Readiness Training

Job Readiness Training is designed to help a person improve their work and work-related skills prior to moving into community employment. This service is provided in one of Helena Industries three in-house work areas - HI Wood Products, Benchmark Textile  Manufacturing or the HI Mail Center. While participating in this program, an individual will focus on "readiness" skills that will help them be a successful employee.  In addition to general job skills, good employee traits such as punctuality, working well with co-workers and supervisors, work stamina, productivity and more will be emphasized.  The funding for this service typically comes through the Montana Vocational Rehabilitation Program and training time is usually limited to 3 months or less.
