The Helena Industries' Job Club is a fun learning experience available to every individual we serve.  Individuals can be referred to the Job Club by their counselor, job coach, production supervisor or case manager.  The benefits from participating in this club include learning from their peers' experiences, improving work skills, understanding employer expectations, learning good work attitudes, learning to work as a team, learning to work with the general public and working under different supervisory styles.  The club is facilitated by an Employment Specialist from our Supported Employment program and  learning formats include playing "Job Related Jeopardy", the "Interview Challenge" board game, work place role plays, peer discussions about personal experiences and listening to guest speakers.  Many attendees believe that the Job Club is one of their most valuable learning opportunities at Helena Industries.
